Hello Bay Area wellness professionals, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurial spirits! We're switching things up for the New Year and bringing you a revamped Wellness Wednesday Networking session of community, collaboration, and inspiration.
This week's session will be themed "Your Vision with a Village". You'll have the opportunity to share your goals and intentions for 2026 and receive thoughtful feedback, resources, and support from like-minded peers.
We'll also hold a kickboxing spotlight featuring Coach Lance. He'll demo some moves and share how kickboxing builds not just physical strength, but confidence and resilience—on and off the mat.
